The Valiant Advising Team coordinates the University’s advising system and its staff serves as the Primary Academic Advisors for all undeclared First Year and Sophomore students at the University. The OneStop office is a student service center that provides assistance to students and families with questions about financial aid, registrar, and student accounts services.
The OneStop office is located on the 3rd floor of Reid Castle and representatives are available for in-person appointments Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

SHAC is a safe, confidential place where students receive comprehensive, individualized care. SHAC prioritizes the physical and emotional wellness of our students and the campus community.
We operate under an interdisciplinary model of care and approach the physical and emotional wellness of our students in a holistic and culturally sensitive way. Our licensed providers work as a team and carefully consider the interplay between one’s emotional and physical well-being. We employ a student-focused approach and our staff are dedicated to meeting the ever-changing needs of our student body.
Our Wellness room boasts many current trends in the field of stress-management and prevention and is available for use by all students as well as staff and faculty.
SHAC's offices are open Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM, and our services are free and confidential. In-person and virtual counseling appointments are available.
Appointments are required at Health Services. We work very hard to accommodate same-day sick visits. Please call 914.323.5245 to discuss your concern and schedule your appointment.
