How to CREATE A SERVICE REQUEST
When you create a case or ticket with information technology you can track progress on the case and get regular updates if as we help resolve the problem you are experiencing or create the solution you are looking for.
Step 1: Login to ServiceNow

Step 3: Enter Case Information:
Step 4: “Submit”
