Thank you for your interest in applying for housing at Manhattanville University! We host several online housing selection processes throughout the year. Far more than simply housing and roommate requests — we strive to create a dynamic living environment in which all students are comfortable and able to fully develop as individuals.

New Student Housing

New and Transfer Students – New and transfer students must first be admitted to Manhattanville University and submit an enrollment deposit. In order to receive a housing assignment, students must complete the steps below.

The 2026-2027 Housing Application is a legally-binding agreement for the entire academic year (Fall and Spring Semesters).

Returning Student Housing Selection

 

For returning students still in need of a housing assignment for the 2026-2027 Academic Year, please contact reslife@mville.edu.

Summer housing opportunities are offered to registered and enrolled summer-term Manhattanville University students. You can apply for Summer Housing through your Housing Portal before May 15, 2026. If you are a summer intern or taking classes at another institution, there are still housing opportunities. For more information regarding internship housing, contact Shaun Herrmann.
