January 18, 2026	Residence Halls open.
January 19, 2026	Martin Luther King Jr. Day \| No Classes
February 9, 2026	2026-2027 Housing Application opens. For more information: Returning Student Housing Selection
March 6 - 15, 2026	Spring Break Residence Halls close on March 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Spring Break Stay application opens on February 20, 2026. *There is NO charge to stay in your housing assignment during Spring Break, however students must complete the application in order to stay on campus. March 23, 2026	Summer Housing application opens.
April 21, 2026	New Student Housing Application opens.
May 8, 2026	Spring Semester ends. Residence Halls close.

May 8 - TBD	Summer Break \| Residence Halls Are Closed
May 18 - 20, 2026	Summer Move-Over All Summer Housing students move over from Spring to Summer assignments.
May 19 - TBD	Summer Housing Dates \| Available to CURRENT Manhattanville students with classes throughout the summer.
August 2026 (dates TBD)	All Summer Housing students move over to Fall assignments.
