Submitting a Ticket
Note: After completing the "Required Fields" - Select either: Request OR Incident, NOT Ticket!
Login to the system (Top - right hand corner Note: If you can't login please call the Help Desk
Select "Submit New Ticket" (top left hand)
Required fields to be filled out:
Caller: Enter your name.
Best contact number: enter your number or extension.
Contact Type: Email or phone is the best option.
Short Description: Briefly explain what is the problem.
Description: if there is a web page, please provide the address, please be as descriptive as possible.
Campus: Type "M" and "Manhattanville College - Main Campus" should pop up, select this.
Building: Optional (recommended for hardware repair calls).
Room: Optional (recommended for hardware repair calls.
