Our program does not require test scores, provides an opportunity to study fully-online asynchronous, and offers flexible start dates in Fall, Spring, or Summer. Completed degree in as little as 1 year.
The MBA program at Manhattanville is designed to equip professionals with the latest industry knowledge and skills required to succeed in their careers. With a curriculum that covers core competencies such as analytical tools for decision making, risk management, and communicating effectively, students can expect to gain a deep understanding of the intricacies of the field, no matter their niche.

Flexible online coursework allows working professionals to balance their studies with their busy schedules. With a total of 36 credits and 6 start times per year, the MBA allows dedicated tracks toward a desired career path. Our graduate courses run on 7-week modules instead of 15-week semesters, which allows us to offer multiple entry points throughout the year. We typically recommend that students take 3-6 credits per module.
Students in the Finance track will gain an understanding of both corporate finance and investment management topics and then utilize electives to tailor their coursework to where they are in their careers and where they want to be. With a variety of electives to choose either around Corporate Finance or Investment Management, students can customize their curriculum to gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their chosen field. Graduates of Manhattanville with an MBA focused in Finance are prepared for diverse careers, including areas such as financial services, financial planning, fund management, regulatory compliance, trading, financial management, banking, accounting, and investment management.
This program provides students with the foundation to help them prepare for the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation offered by the CFA Institute. The finance master’s program may also help students meet the 150 credit hour requirement for Certified Public Accounting (CPA) licensure.

Our MBA in Human Resources Management program offers a new curriculum that aligns with the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. The coursework integrates the most up-to-date research and incorporates human resource best practices to prepare you as an HR professional to meet organizational talent goals. This program opportunity allows students enrolled in their final year of an HR degree program to apply for and take the SHRM-CP exam (after a minimum of 500 hours of relevant HR experience). You can take up to 12 graduate-level courses while still an undergraduate, allowing you to use your undergraduate scholarships and financial aid. Graduate
programs typically offer significantly less scholarship and aid availability.

How does it work?

You may select the accelerated option when completing your Undergraduate Application or Course Preference Survey.

After completing a minimum of 70 undergraduate credits, you may begin taking up to four graduate-level courses to get a head start on your MBA.

Students are encouraged to meet with an advisor regularly to ensure their academic timeline stays on track.
During your senior year, Graduate Admissions will contact you with an Accelerated Direct Admit Form, which you will complete to confirm your transition into the MBA program.
*Students should maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 to be considered for direct admit.
*An alumni scholarship will not be provided if an accelerated pathway is chosen.

This program is currently offered fully online and therefore would not support an
F1 Visa.

6. What is a typical credit load per term?
The typical credit load ranges from 3-6 credits per module. Our graduate courses run
on 7-week sessions instead of 15-week semesters, which allows us to offer six entry
