Instructor: Matthew Alfieri, MBA, SPHR.
Matthew Alfieri, SPHR, is currently the Human Resources Business Partner at a technology company. Additionally, Matt teaches a variety of Human Resources classes for the Manhattanville School of Professional Studies. His workplace experience includes more than 15 years in various entrepreneurial and Human Resources roles so he brings a valuable perspective from a corporate and small business viewpoint. In his HR roles, he has focused on talent acquisition and retention, total rewards, recognition and retention programs, employee relations, and organizational development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Marist College, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Binghamton University.
