About Me

Father Wil Tyrrell, S.A., is an ordained Roman Catholic Franciscan priest who coordinates interfaith and Catholic programs on campus, advises the Catholic Student Association, and also teaches in the World Religions Department on campus. He celebrates Catholic mass with the Manhattanville community and serves the Hispanic community of Holy Cross Church on 42nd Street in New York City. Rev. Tyrrell is a board member of St. Christopher's Inn, a homeless shelter, and of the Westchester Interfaith Clergy Network. In the summer, he lectures on World Religions, Interreligious and intercultural Dialogue for the Centro Pro Unione in Rome. Rev. Tyrrell has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, Mexico and Central America, and Europe through Church related missions and conferences. In his spare time he likes biking, nature and reading.
