About Me

Steve Albanese joined Manhattanville College in the fall of 2012 as assistant dean. He oversees academic affairs and administration for the School of Business, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division.

Albanese has twelve years of experience at New York University, where he was the Director of Administration in the Division of Programs in Business. He was responsible for academic planning, curriculum development, faculty recruitment and training, and student affairs for 800 graduate students and over 1,000 continuing education courses annually. Additionally, he was program administrator at NYU where he managed the daily operations of the school's online programs, overseeing off and on-site technical operations with an emphasis on providing personalized customer service to students, faculty, and all related stakeholders.  

Originally, from Meriden, Conn. Albanese earned a Master of Art in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College at Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Art in Communication Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
