Mrs. Serafina Martorano is the Administrative Assistant for Doctoral and Education Programs and has worked in the School of Education for more than 4 years. She works closely with the doctoral faculty, staff, and students on a daily basis in the areas of registration, student accounts, and general guidance. She is the main liaison to other college departments on behalf of the doctoral program.

In addition to the doctoral program, Serafina is the Administrative Assistant for the JumpStart education program. She also coordinates the DASA Workshops run by the College and is the School of Education website content manager.
