Description:Workplace bullying is a counter productive and costly behavior for any organization. Do you know how to recognize it? Are you familiar with the legal definitions and distinctions? How have you managed this issue in the past? This interactive workshop will introduce the issues around workplace bullying and provide practical techniques for identifying and managing those who exhibit this behavior. Objectives:
