SHAC has developed a process for obtaining and providing food to students experiencing food insecurity.
Food insecurity is a lack of consistent, reliable access to affordable, nutritious food due to a lack of resources or financial setback. If you find that you must make a choice between healthy food and other priorities, you may be experiencing food insecurity.
If you would like assistance with this matter, please contact Student Health and Counseling by calling (914) 323-7277 or email email@example.com and ask to schedule an appointment with one of our counselors. Your request for assistance is confidential. We request that you allow a few days to find services in your area or to secure resources for you here on campus.
