COVID-19: INFORMATION FOR THE MANHATTANVILLE COMMUNITY

Due to the Postponement of the Manhattanville College 2020 Commencement, please follow the directions below regarding academic regalia.
If you choose to keep your academic regalia:
- An email will be sent from Herff Jones to all graduates who ordered their academic regalia online with a web form to be completed with your shipping address.
- Product will be shipped for FREE within 21 calendar days; no student will pay for shipping.
If you choose to return your academic regalia:
- If you had your academic regalia shipped to your home, Do NOT open the plastic wrapper the products arrived in. Refunds will only be processed for UNUSED products. The student is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Include the order number and reason for return in the package.
- Call customer service at 1-800-837-4235 to notify the team the order will be returned.
- Mail the unused products back to the return address on the package. The package MUST BE POSTMARKED BEFORE THE ORIGINAL COMMENCEMENT DATE.
- Due to the potential high volume of return requests, please understand that refunds could be processed beyond 7-10 business days after receiving product at Herff Jones.
- If you were having your academic regalia shipped to campus: Without visiting the campus, you can now return your product by following the instructions on www.herffjones.com/collegereturns. Herff Jones will continue to update the detail and FAQs on their website as information changes.
- Due to the potential high volume of return requests, please understand that refunds could be processed beyond 7-10 business days after receiving product at Herff Jones.
