Manhattanville Achievement Program | MAP
MAP: Summer Intensive ProgramProgram participants have an interest in being an active member our campus community. They will embrace diversity, take advantage of community service and experiential learning opportunities, and will be dedicated to achieving academic success with the support of academic, personal, and career counseling services.
Program Benefits Include:
Tutoring & Academic Advising Services
30 Hours of Service-related activities annually (community service, social justice, activism, advocacy, spirituality)
Participation in campus events and student organizations.
Bi-Weekly 1-1 mentorship meetings
Our MAP Students must meet these requirements to maintain their MAP status and funding:
To Apply (Deadline – February 28)
- Students must be admitted to Manhattanville College through regular admission process.
- Submit a copy of your 2022-23 Free Application for Federal Student Aid
- Manhattanville College FAFSA School Code: 002760
- Submit the Manhattanville Achievement Program application
- An interview will be required. Appointments will be scheduled in February.
Program Eligibility Criteria
- High School graduates that have not taken college courses for credit
- All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Students must be admissible to Manhattanville College under regular admission guidelines.
- Students must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on an annual basis.
- Total household income falls within the economic eligibility guidelines (see below)
Economic Eligibility Guidelines
Manhattanville College determines that economically disadvantaged students are members of a household where the total annual income of such household is equal to or less than 185 percent of the amount under the annual US Department of Health and Human Services poverty guidelines.

Upon completion of all the required documents, all selected applicants will be contacted for a MAP interview. Interviews will be held on-campus or via phone in late February.
