If you are experiencing issues accessing your Handshake account, try these quick steps:
Username - are you using your Manhattanville email?
All students (and recent alumni) have Handshake accounts pre-created for them! There is no need to create an account – simply log-in by using your Manhattanville email address. Make sure you type out the full email address, including “@student.mville.edu”.
Verify your password
Your password should be the same password that you use for your Mville email account and WebAdvisor login.
Are you using the Handshake app or a computer?
If you’re having issues logging in with the app, try logging in with a computer to see if the app is glitch-ing
