Professor Yevgeniy Kostrov has been teaching at Manhattanville College since 2016. He received his B.S. in Applied Mathematics from National University of Oil and Gas “Gubkin University”, Moscow, Russia and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island. After graduation, Dr. Kostrov worked at Xavier University of Louisiana for 7 years. At Manhattanville, Prof. Kostrov teaches a variety of courses ranging from Mathematics for Liberal Arts to Advanced Calculus. He enjoys working with students on research projects in the Field of Mathematics called Difference Equations.
