About the Instructor
Michele Braun directs the Institute for Managing Risk at the Manhattanville School of Business. In addition, as Managing Executive of The Crossway Group, LLC, she trains and advises businesses on risk management and payments topics. Highlights from her career in government and private industry include service as Human Resources Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and as secretary to the Fed-sponsored, industry-led Payments Risk Committee and Tri-party Repo Infrastructure Reform Task Force. Ms. Braun holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a M.S. in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College. Ms. Braun is a frequent contributor to practical business publications on risk management and innovation.
