The Center for Career Development administers Federal Work-Study and Campus Employment (for Non Federal Work-Study Students) programs for undergraduates in the Student Employment Office in Founder's Hall G-12.
Policies for the Federal Work-Study Program are set by the Federal Government and policies for Campus Employment by the College. Students in both programs are paid hourly according to the pay scales of the Student Employment Job Classification System.
Student Payroll is processed by the Payroll office. Please contact them at 914.323.5226 with questions about pay schedules, time sheets and paychecks.
Graduate Students are to be employed through Human Resources.

Once you submit your Student Employment Experience, complete the Hiring Addendum (for all students)& Confidentiality Agreement(for new hires only)by following the important instructions below. Both forms are located on the left side of the On-Campus Employment Paperwork Resource.
Download these forms to your computer
Fill out necessary information
Save & Attach to your [Experience] – Go back to [Experiences] under the [Career Center] tab, select your submitted Experience, and attach using BLUE button the left side of your screen.
Do this for both forms, one at a time.
All students – Attach a PDF copy of your Fall 2018 class schedule from Web Advisor.
Once you submit your Student Employment Experience and attach the necessary documents, your supervisor will be able to view and approve your request – and that’s it! No need to come to our office to receive a Green Slip. If you are missing anything, or the CCD/your supervisor requires further information, we will reach out to you.
NEW HIRES: Students working at Manhattanville for the first time will visit the CCD main
in Founders Hall G-4 to submit W-4 Form, IT-2104 Form, and I-9 form. New hires must present original ID documents for the I-9 Form (see the last page of the I-9 form for list of acceptable IDs). International students who do not yet have a Social Security Card will also need to come to our main office to fill out additional paperwork.
