User Accounts for Trouble tickets system
Existing Mville Student, Faculty or Staff: your account is already set up and ready to use. Your username is your fullMVilleemail address and your password is the same as your Email and WebAdvisor password. Trouble Logging In: reset your password or call the HelpDesk.
How to Submit a Trouble ticket
Note: After completing the "Required Fields" - Select either: Request OR Incident, NOT Ticket!
Login to the system (Top - right hand corner Note: If you can't login please call the Help Desk
Select "Submit New Ticket" (top left hand)
Required fields to be filled out:
Caller: Enter your name.
Best contact number: enter your number or extension.
Contact Type: Email or phone is the best option.
Short Description: Briefly explain what is the problem.
Description: if there is a web page, please provide the address, please be as descriptive as possible.
Campus: Type "M" and Manhattanville College - Main Campus should pop up, select this.
Building: Optional (recommended for hardware repair calls).
Room: Optional (recommended for hardware repair calls.
