All students applying for financial aid should begin the Financial Aid filing process for the 2016-2017 Academic Year in January of 2016.
Who must file an application? You must file a FAFSA annually to be awarded any form of need-based financial aid from the Federal Government, New York State, or from Manhattanville College. You are responsible for submission of accurate data; therefore, please read all directions carefully and pay particular attention to deadlines.
Renewal Free Application for Federal Student Aid (Renewal FAFSA). If you filed a financial aid application for the 2015-2016 academic year, you will need to file a FAFSA Renewal by 3/1/16. You will be directed to use your prior year's PIN number to access your Renewal FAFSA on the Web. You'll have to enter updated financial information based on your family's 2013 Federal Income Tax data.
Even if you do not receive your FAFSA Renewal Reminder, you can still access the FAFSA and complete your renewal application on-line after 1/1/15.
