The important thing is to get your college career off to a good start. And the Undergraduate Academic Advising Office will be right next to you to help that happen.
The Undergraduate Academic Advising coordinates the College’s advising system and its staff serves as the primary Academic Advisors for all First Year and Sophomores at the College. The office provides support to students by providing information about academic policies and degree requirements, assisting students in the course selection process, and offering students appropriate support and referrals to other campus services.
Our academic advisors will be available to have conversations with you about your academic and personal goals. They will also assist you in making sure that small problems that new students sometimes encounter don’t snowball into bigger ones. They will also be there to help you as you transition to your major and to a faculty advisor in your field of study during your sophomore year.
