The Registrar's Office staff is primarily available to our students remotely via email (registrar@mville.edu)
and phone (914-323-5337) during regular business hours.
Those hours are detailed below:
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
**We are also available, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on campus Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please email us and we will work with you to determine if an appointment is necessary.

The Registrar's Office has the responsibility to maintain timely and accurate records of the academic progress of all students while upholding the privacy and security of those records. Areas of responsibility are:
Oversight of the registration processes for new, continuing and returning students
Maintenance and accuracy of the WebAdvisor online student system
Release of transcripts, letters of attendance and enrollment verifications
Supervision of grade collection, posting of incomplete grades and letter grade changes
Transfer credit evaluation and processing for transfer and returning students
Scheduling of many academic facilities and final exam coordination
Process data changes on student records for name, address and social security updates
Implement policy and regulations set forth by Academic Affairs and the College administration
As the official "Office of Records" for students at Manhattanville, the Registrar's Office has an important mission in the operation of the College. Most importantly, the office places service to students, faculty, and staff first among its priorities, recognizing these persons as the office's primary constituency.
