Training & Prevention of Sexual Harassment
Human Resources launched an on-line Prevention of Sexual Harassment Training for all Manhattanville Employees. This compliance training is an important initiative and a mandatory requirement for ALL EMPLOYEES. It reflects our campus commitment to building awareness at all levels and creating and maintaining a respectful and supportive work environment.
The program is a basic course, which takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. It is an interactive module developed by HR Classrooms with input from our HR Team. It will include: scenarios and question and answer segments; how to identify the two types of sexual harassment; and a better understanding of your responsibility in maintaining an environment free of sexual harassment.
To Access...
1. Log on to www.HigherEdEAP.com
2. Click on the Employee & Family Login button (top right side of screen)
3. If you have already created a User Name and Password, simply enter that info in the appropriate boxes. If you have not registered, complete steps 4-7.
4. Click on REGISTER HERE
5. Enter Manhattanville and click Continue.
6. Your employer's name will appear; select the button and click Continue.
7. Fill out the Registration Form and create your own User Name and Password, then click Continue. You only need to register once.
To Access the Training:
- Click on Training Center (top right side of screen)
- Click on Compliance Training (middle of screen under Personal Development)
- Click on Harassment and Discrimination for Employees Video Version or Non Video Version (middle of screen)
Note: For Directors and above please complete Harassment and Training for Supervisors.
