The Academic Resource Center (ARC) is located on the main floor of the Library. ARC provides free tutoring services to all students. The Higher Education Learning Program (H.E.L.P.) is located on the main floor of the Library. Students with learning disabilities subscribe to this program at an additional tuition fee. The Counseling Center is located in Founder’s Hall room G29. The center provides individual and group psychotherapy, consultations, crisis intervention and referrals free of charge for all full-time undergraduate students. The Lavelle Fund provides up to $15,000 a year in scholarship money to students from NY, NJ or CT who are legaly blind or severely visually impaired. This is a needs based scholarship available at just 8 colleges, including Manhattanville. Eligible students may receive the scholarship for 4 years.
