Residents will also have access to landline telephone and Ethernet hookup in each bedroom. Washers and dryers are provided for use free of charge to residents of the cottage.

This cottage is named for Marissa A. Pagli, class of 2013, who left us on February 22, 2010. As a student athlete and scholar Marissa Pagli focused on maintaining health and wellness. In her memory Manhattanville College has established the Marissa A. Pagli House as a special interest housing option with the goal of providing interested students a supportive environment focused on all aspects of health and wellness: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Examples of topics which could be explored in the Marissa A. Pagli House community include: eating healthy, proper work-out technique, stress management, "green"/sustainability issues, and yoga. Residence Life staff living within the community will help facilitate group communication and goal-setting and assist with programming efforts.

All Marissa A. Pagli House residents are expected to be equal participants within the community. Residents will support each other and the larger community by contributing ideas, collaborating with others on joint projects, attending events and activities and sharing information with the larger campus community. The level of commitment and contribution both in and outside of the house that each individual is willing to make should be part of the decision to apply for Marissa A. Pagli House residency.
