Application for On-Campus Housing

To help us make the best placement we can, please be sure to fill out the Application for On-Campus Housing and fax or mail it in by 7/15/13. Take the time to fill out these questions as thoroughly and honestly as possible, as the more information we have about what makes you, you, the better.

Medical Housing

If you would like to apply for a medical placement, please:

1. Print out the Medical Room Evaluation Form for New Students, or obtain a copy from the Office of Residence Life.
2. Note that your physician or an appropriate licensed medical health professional must complete and sign the form.
3. Submit the completed, signed form to the Office of Residence Life.
