On its 100-acre campus 30 minutes north of New York City, Manhattanville College has created a small global village. This Private college offers more than fifty bachelor's degree programs, ranging from Liberal Arts to Environmental Science and professional concentrations in areas such as Business and Museum Studies. Many students choose to spend a "semester abroad" living, interning and studying in the city; others head a bit farther away to explore Spain, South Africa, Germany or Japan. Back home on campus, students enjoy the many clubs (Irish Step Dancing to Nature Nomads), as well as the chocolate fountain in the dining hall and the cheese fries in the pub.

Manhattanville students have a sense of purpose, last year, undergrads logged 30,000 hours of community service through the College's close ties with organizations such as the American Cancer Society, local Humane Societies and Habitat for Humanity. Manhattanville's global perspective is enriched by its role as a Non-Government Organization of the United Nations. Select students have an opportunity to intern at the UN and to study with an ambassador on Manhattanville's faculty. In addition, the College offers a Meet the Ambassadors Series on Campus, where students attend lectures be leading ambassadors followed by dinner at the home of the College's president.

Manhattanville's campus lies in the heart of Westchester County, border on the east by Long Island Sound and on the west by the Hudson River. From the roof of the castle that serves as the campus' main hall, students have a clear view of Manhattan's skyline. The College provides transportation to the city on weekends and to Manhattan-bound commuter trains during the week so students can take advantage of all New York City has to offer.
