Nicole Bauso '12 landed a competitive spot as a performer on one of the Disney Cruise Line ships, "The Wonder." Bauso is currently undergoing a rigorous training process in Toronto, Canada and will be traveling to the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Mexican Riviera soon.

"My experience so far with the Disney Cruise Line has been nothing but excitingly intense and hugely rewarding," said Dance and Theatre graduate. "I truly believe in the magic Disney stands for, and I am thrilled to have a job that promotes something so great!"

Bauso learned about the auditions in February and attended the audition without any expectations. She hoped to just gain some experience for future auditions. To her surprise and delight, Bauso left Pearl Studios in New York City with a job with one of the biggest companies in the world.

She credits Manhattanville's Dance and Theatre faculty for driving her towards success.

"Among many other things, my professors at Manhattanville taught me to commit to and perform with passion and heart," she said. "I can do nothing but thank them for pushing me to be the best I can be."
