The School of Education Presents the First Annual Marissa Pagli Award

She is a student in the five-year B.A./M.A.T. program in elementary education and mathematics.

Danielle exemplifies the praiseworthy characteristics that were unique to Marissa as a student athlete and scholar—intent to pursue education as a profession, commitment to academic success, and a dedication to health and wellness.

Marissa A. Pagli, who was a member of the class of 2013, passed away on February 22, 2010. Her dad, Mr. John Pagli, a staff member at Manhattanville College, raised funds for the award in his daughter's memory. Each year a student who best exemplifies the qualities important to Marissa will be awarded $500.
