Manhattanville College Inducted into Park Avenue School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame

Manhattanville Hall of Fame 2012 Manhattanville College was inducted as a Community Partner in the Park Avenue School (Port Chester, NY) Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame on November 29, 2012. In addition to a plaque mounted in the Hall of Fame, a donation in honor of the partnership, was made to the Red Cross for Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

Nick Flynn, author of The Ticking is the Bomb, will be on campus for the first Meet the Writers reading and discussion of the year. The reading is on December 3 and starts at 7 p.m. in the Ophir Room, Reid Hall. Meet the Writers is hosted by the MFA program and features prominent writers, who come to discuss their art and process with fellow writers and community members.
