|Mark Nowak Talks Occupy Wall Street at the Page Turner Festival|

The Director of the Masters in Writing Program and poet, Mark Nowak, will be part of a panel on Occupy Wall Street at the 3rd Annual Page Turner Asian American Literary Festival on Saturday, October 29. Fellow panelists include Dora C. Wang, Monica Youn and Joel Whitney.
The panel will be held at PowerHouse Arena, 37, on Main Street in Brooklyn at noon. The festival runs October 27-29. For a full schedule of events, visit the Page Turner website.
Page Turner is a multi-day celebration of the best minds in American arts and politics. In attendance this year are Jessica Hagedorn, Junot Díaz, Amitav Ghosh, Min Jin Lee, Amitava Kumar, Teju Cole, Jen Kwok, and nearly thirty other writers. The festival is run by the Asian American Writers' Workshop, a nonprofit organization dedicated to great writing by Asian Americans.
