On Sunday, October 16, the Manhattanville College campus was taken over by the thousands of participants in the annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.
This marks the 14th year Manhattanville has sponsored and hosted the race. Faculty, staff, students, and alumni come out to help support the American Cancer Society.
Making Strides had many fun events planned, including a Strides Boutique where participants could get pink tattoos and pink hair extensions to help support the cause, along with other merchandise.
More than 15,000 walkers raised $1,325,000 at the Manhattanville event alone.
