On October 20th, the Center for Career Development and the Young Alumni Society co-sponsored "Backpack to Briefcase," an evening designed to help seniors transition from college life to the career world. Paula Colbert '87 and her sister Carla Zilka, co-owners of NextGen Advisors, spoke at the event and discussed everything from what to wear to an interview to how to grow a professional network. "Backpack to Briefcase" sold out again this year with nearly 100 seniors in attendance.
