Scott Walsh, M.A.
Scott J. Walsh has over 25 years of experience as a human resources professional with a focus on organization development, talent management, leadership development and diversity strategy.
He has held senior positions with large, global organizations including Kraft Foods, KPMG, Ernst & Young and Citigroup. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Talent and Diversity for the 14,000 employees of Citigroup's Global Functions, where he was responsible for managing the global talent review process. His accomplishments include guiding senior executives though major organizational change during the integration of the Kraft and General Foods after their acquisition by the Philip Morris Companies and creation KPMG's first leadership competency model for partners in the firm. He was also a key member of a small team, reporting directly to Ernst & Young's Chairman, that led the firm's highly successful Women's Initiative, winner of the 2003 Catalyst Award.
Mr. Walsh currently serves as Co-Chair of the American Society of Training and Development's Coaching Special Interest Group for Metro-NY. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from Swarthmore College, where he graduated with High Honors, Phi Beta Kappa. He received his M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was a Mellon Fellow.
