The Help Desk responds to questions from students, faculty and staff regarding technology on the campus. For instance, requests for help run the gamut – maybe it's helping someone who forgot a password or troubleshooting problems printing from a laptop computer.
The Help Desk is accessible by phone and is staffed during business hours Monday through Friday, (914) 323-7230. However, support requests can be entered at any time via the Parature support portal by submitting a Support Ticket.
Desktop Support provides support services for all desktop computers and peripheral devices, like printers, throughout the campus. This arm of User Services is instrumental in campus-wide desktop software implementation and maintenance.
