User Accounts for Trouble tickets system

If you are an existing Mville Student, Faculty or Staff member your account is already set up and ready for use.

Your username is your full Mville email address (eg: john.doe@mville.edu) and your password is your Email and WebAdvisor password 

Trouble logging in, you can reset your password or call the HelpDesk 


How to Submit a Trouble ticket

1. Login to the system (Top - right hand corner)

Note: If you can't login please call the Help Desk

2. Select "Submit New Ticket" (top left hand)

3. Required Fields to be filled out

  • Caller: Enter your name
  • Best contact number: enter your number or extension
  • Contact Type: Email or phone is the best option
  • Short Description: Briefly explain what is the problem
  • Description: if there is a web page, please provide the address, please be as descriptive as possible.
  • Campus: Type "M" and Manhattanville College - Main Campus should pop up, select this
  • Building: Optional (recommended for hardware repair calls)
  • Room: Optional (recommended for hardware repair calls
