Douglas WebsterDr. Doug Webster is a Partner in the CSC Federal Consulting practice providing financial and risk management advisory services to federal agencies. After a 21 year career as a US Air Force officer, in 1992 he entered management consulting advising federal agencies in the areas of strategic planning, performance management, cost management, risk management, and organizational change management. Over the years he has also served in several government executive positions. In 2004 he served with the Dept. of Defense Coalition Provisional Authority as the Principal Finance Advisor to the Iraq Ministry of Transportation. In 2007, he was appointed by the President to be the Chief Financial Officer of the US Department of Labor. In 2009 Dr. Webster moved to a career position as the Deputy Director of the Defense Department's Business Transformation Agency. He led the foundation of the Federal ERM Steering Group that since 2008 has held an annual Federal ERM Summit. In 2011 he led the formation of the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management, where he serves as its first president. He holds a BS in engineering, MS in Systems Management, and Doctorate in Business Administration, and is a co-author of the books Activity Based Costing and Performance, and Chasing Change: Building Organizational Capacity in a Turbulent Environment.
