Felix Kloman

Felix KlomanMr. Felix Kloman is a long time scholar and student risk management. A graduate of Princeton University in 1955, he served two years in the U.S. Navy, joined an insurance brokerage firm in Philadelphia and then in 1970 formed a risk management consultancy in Darien, Connecticut. He founded Risk Management Reports in 1974, a periodical that ran for 33 years. He merged his consultancy with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson) in 1985, from which he retired in 1993. Over the course of his career he has lectured on risk management in North America, South America, Europe and Asia and has authored more than 200 articles. He has published two books on risk management- Mumpsimus Revisited and The Fantods of Risk.
