Ms. Dorothy Gjerdrum is the Chairman of the ISO 31000 technical advisory group for the United States. She is an executive director in the Public Entity Scholastic Division of Arthur Gallagher Risk Management Services, where she leads a sales group of 300 professionals in 25 offices that are focused on risk management services. She is a graduate of the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dorothy serves on various Board Committees of PRMIA. Dorothy has spoken extensively on Enterprise Risk Management around the globe and has been a major contributor to the ISO 3000 publication.
