Manhattanville's program is among the most flexible creative writing programs out there. Students in Manhattanville's unique non-tracking curriculum will have an opportunity to work in a variety of genres with a number of gifted teachers and mentors who are also well-published authors. The following courses comprise the Master of Fine Arts degree at Manhattanville College: • Foundations in Graduate Creative Writing • Fiction Workshop • Creative Nonfiction Workshop • Poetry Workshop • Contemporary Publishing: Theory and Practice Graduate students will also complete an advanced seminar, a series of electives, and a thesis project. Students may be experienced or aspiring writers, provided they have a genuine passion for and commitment to writing. Teachers of writing who wish to develop their craft also find the program challenging and inspiring. |
