Reunion 2010 was held September 24th - 26th at Manhattanville College. The Manhattanville Community welcomed all class years back to campus with special emphasis on classes with years ending in 0 and 5 for their Reunion celebrations.
Traditional events were held including the Parade of Classes, Presidential "State of the College" address, and luncheon. Also featured were Tina Sloan McPherson '65, who celebrated her 45th Reunion, by performing a piece from her one woman national show based on her new book "Changing Shoes."
Lauren Ziarko, Manhattanville's library archivist, presented her lecture "Working towards Equality: Manhattanville's Role in Social Justice." And The Presidential Gallery, a special gift from the Class of 1960, was unveiled during the weekend. Tours of the Campus were conducted by Manhattanville students, which included the newly renovated Cottage residences.
One of the highlights of Reunion was The Young Alumni Society's co-hosted Throwback Alumni Pub Party, which gathered a great crowd from the Classes of 1980-2010! This event followed the Saturday night Gala dinner as classmates and friends gathered in the pub once again for music, drinks and dancing! View Photos
The 50th Reunion Class of 1960 closed out the celebration on Sunday with a Memorial Tree Planting and Catholic Mass dedication to their deceased classmates followed by former President Molly Easo Smith's luncheon before farewells were made.
