What being an alumnus means to me...I still can't believe that it has been 30 years since I graduated from Manhattanville, it seems like yesterday. My years at Manhattanville were truly some of the best of my life. I received a great education, made life long friends and met my wife. All thanks to the "Ville". I was very active in all aspects of campus life. I was a member of Student Government, The Programming Board and The Orientation Board. I spent many hours in the Little Theatre working on numerous plays and musicals, learning the tricks of the trade from Professor John Huberth. I was one of three students picked to be a manager of the campus pub, Sneaky Pete's. I had teachers that not only cared about your grades but you as a person as well, John Murray, Everett Delhante, and Chris Monte just to name a few. I realize now that my life has been shaped by the time I spent at Manhattanville. All that time I spent in the little theatre and making announcements in the cafeteria paid off as I have been performing all over country since 1981.
My Wife, Ann is a graduate of the class of 1984 and together we have six wonderful children. Our oldest daughter is a high school teacher, two girls are in college, and two girls are at home. One is in high school and just recently decided that Manhattanville is her number one choice in colleges. The other one is in sixth grade. Our son has followed in my footsteps and is performing with Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus.
