Joseph Madrigal, M.F.A.

Assistant Professor

Joseph Madrigal is an Assistant Professor in Studio Art at Manhattanville College, where he currently teaches courses in 3D design and sculpture. Prior to coming to Manhattanville College, Joseph taught ceramics and sculpture at Kalamazoo College. Working primarily in ceramic sculpture, Joseph maintains both a private studio practice around porcelain and other craft materials and processes as well as an active collaborative practice with, Amber Ginsburg, focusing on durational/installation work around terra cotta histories. His work has been featured nationally and internationally including Taiwan, Korea, Germany, and England. Joseph attained his B.F.A from Miami University of Ohio and his M.F.A from Illinois State University.
