Piano Accompanist, Choral Accompanist
Jeongeun Yom a collaborative pianist and a vocal coach, has her Bachelor's degree from Seoul National University, Master's degree from UCLA in piano performance and from Manhattan School of Music in accompanying. Ms. Yom has performed numerous recitals and festivals. Ms. Yom has served as Artist-in-Residence for several years at Four Seasons' Yachats Music Festival, in Yachats, Oregon, where she has collaborated with many artists. Her recent performances include the Four Seasons' production of Richard Strauss' Enoch Arden with baritone Lind-Oquendo, "Spiritual Journey" with baritone Autris Page, a concert for piano trio with violinist Mariana Green-Hill, and cellist Troy Stuart in Oakland, California, and a recital opening the 2009/10 "Embassy Series' with flutist Marco Granados in Washingnton D.C. A CD recording with Marco Granados is scheduled for release later this year. She is currently a faculty member at Manhattanville College and accompanying staff at Manhattan School of Music.
Manhattanville College is located in Purchase, New York on a beautiful 100-acre suburban campus, 10 minutes from downtown White Plains and just 30 miles from New York City.
