Deborah Tacon was a member of Pauline Koner Dance Company, the Guthrie Rotante Dance Company, Harry Streep's Human Arms Project, Marta Renzi and the Project Company, and also appeared in the work of Annabelle Gamson, Ara Fitzgerald, Irene Feigenheimer and Rachel Lampert. In addition to teaching several years at Manhatttanville, she taught at North Carolina School of the Arts, Brooklyn College, Vassar College and is currently also teaching at Barnard College and at Coupe Theatre School. Deborah is a teacher of The Alexander Technique and holds a BFA in Dance from NCSA and a Master's Degree from Wesleyan University.
Manhattanville College is located in Purchase, New York on a beautiful 100-acre suburban campus, 10 minutes from downtown White Plains and just 30 miles from New York City. It has an amazingly diverse mix of students from more than 30 states and 50 countries. The College has 1,700 undergraduates and 1,000 graduate students.
