Declan has played an instrumental part in improving the academic life on campus. His main interests concerning academics are the Freshman Preceptorial and making art supplies easily available to art students. Declan is also very involved in the Duchesne Center, particularly the Global Citizenship sector. Last summer, he participated in a program that allowed him to travel to Syria. In addition, Declan has designed his own major, Ethnic Studies.
