Office of Student Activities
The Office of Student Activities coordinates a wide range of activities and is devoted to providing quality programming for our students. These programs include, but are not limited to, Psychic Fairs, Comedy Nights, Game Shows, Movies on the Quad, Hypnotists, Casino Nights, Mentalists, Themed Pub Parties, Mtv Cast Member appearances, Laser Tag, Band Nights, etc. For a complete list of campus events, take a glance at our Student Activities Calendar. In addition to our many on-campus activities, the Office of Student Activities also provides numerous excursions off-campus, primarily into New York City. Students who want to explore New York City can take advantage of our New York City trips.
In addition to planning weekly activities, our office is also responsible for planning some of the college's major events such as Orientation, Fall Fest, Quad Jam, the Winter and Spring Formals, and the Senior Nights (200, 100 and 50 Nights).
Students are encouraged to not only attend events, but also to help plan and coordinate them. Manhattanville College has 30+ student clubs and organizations, which all play a very active role in campus life. All clubs and organizations are open to everyone and it is easy for students to start a new club or organization. There are many benefits to joining or starting a club or organization including making new friends, developing leadership skills and abilities, working as part of a team, learning to set and achieve goals, as well as having fun!
