Selecting Your Room

Resources for Incoming New Students

If you would like to apply for a medical placement, please:

  1. Open the Medical Room Request Form here, or obtain a copy from the Office of Residence Life.
  2. Print out the form and complete it.
  3. Note that your physician or an appropriate licensed medical health professional must sign the form.
  4. Submit the completed, signed form to the Office of Residence Life (see address at right).

Students applying for a medical placement must submit a completed Manhattanville College Medical Room Request Form to the Director of Residence Life. This form is also available in the Office of Residence Life, FO Hall room G-5.

Resources for Current Students

We have a "Room Lottery" process that takes place at the end of each spring semester for the following academic year. The Room Lottery Information and Procedures packet is sent out to the students during the spring semester. This process is only for current Manhattanville students.

If you are a returning student who cannot attend room selection personally, or if you are a member of a group who wish to share living quarters, and want to appoint one member to make the selection, use the Room Lottery Selection and Proxy Form.
