Do you plan to attend Phase I Orientation?

1. Yes, I will attend Phase I Orientation on Sunday, June 22nd and Monday June 23rd.
2. No, I will not attend Orientation in June. (I will attend Orientation Phase II on Friday, August 24th through Sunday, August 26th)

It is encouraged that you spend the night for Phase I Orientation:

1. Yes, I intend to stay overnight for Phase I.
2. No, I do not intend to stay overnight for Phase I.

Phase II Orientation is mandatory even if you attend Phase I Orientation.
