GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender) GROUP with Staci Davis, Psy.D.
Mondays 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
The GLBT Group is a support group providing a safe & nurturing environment where the GLBT community can connect and learn from one another.
PERSONS WITH DISABILITY SUPPORT GROUP with Brenda Boatswain, Ph.D.
Wednesdays 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
This is a safe, confidential support group for students with disabilities to meet, share experiences, and learn skills to help cope with relationships and the challenges of college life.
COPING WITH ANXIETY GROUP with Brenda Boatswain, Ph.D.
Wednesdays 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
If you get nervous when speaking in public, worry too much, avoid social activities, or experience panic attacks, you may find the Coping With Anxiety Group helpful. Students can meet others who have similar issues with anxiety and learn skills to help cope with anxiety.
RELATIONSHIP GROUP with Kevin Gillette, Psy.M.
Wednesdays 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Meet with a group of your peers and a group counselor to work on a variety of concerns including: relationship issues; self-esteem problems; assertiveness issues; problems with depression and/or anxiety.
